It is a beautiful thing to receive multiple offers within the first week of your home being on the market. This is my goal with every home that I list. Below, you will see the steps to selling your home laid out very simply. If clear communication is your thing, you will love listing your home with me.
Step 1 - Preview
Realtor meets seller to tour and get a feel for the property & outline clients wants and needs before market research. Makes recommendations on what you will need to do to make home market ready (paint, clean, power wash, declutter, etc).
Step 2 - Price & Strategy
Realtor pulls market data & prepares a comparative market analysis (CMA) for sellers and recommends ideal price and strategy.
Step 3 - Details & Docs
Once price and strategy are set, I will reach out to gather a few additional details. We will complete listing documents and disclosures.
Step 4 - Prep & Stage
Depending on how quickly you want to get your home on the market, you will need to begin prepping it after our first meeting. Your home has to be decluttered, cleaned and staged in order to be ready for professional photography.
Step 5 - Photography
The big day is here, no not moving day but professional photo day! Professional photos are EVERYTHING in getting your home sold quickly. There is an expectation in the online world and it is always my goal to exceed that standard, with amazing photos of your home.
